‘Scrap additional stamp duty’

Senior BJP Leader and Punjab state chief of BJP Investor Cell, Sukhminderpal Singh Grewal, today termed the additional 3 per cent stamp duty imposed by the previous Congress government on 39 Class II, 31 Class III municipalities and 29 nagar panchayats of the state Punjab as unconstitutional.

Grewal has written a letter to CM Parkash Singh Badal demanding immediate corrective action to grant relief to people, who, he said, were facing problems
