CHANDIGARH, Dec 4: In his reply to the application seeking cancellation of bail, former Union civil aviation Minister Harmohan Dhawan denied all the allegations levelled against him by complainant Gaurav Dhir.

The accused further had moved an application before Tejwinder Singh, Judicial Magistrate First Class, here on December 2, seeking dismissal of application for cancellation of bail.

Denying the allegation of a ghost caller threatening to eliminate the complainant and ruining his family financially, the accused stated that the complainant was fabricating charges.

It may be recalled here that complainant Gaurav Dhir had earlier demanded cancellation of bail of Harmohan Dhawan, Harish Dhawan and Davinder Babla, alleging that they were threatening to eliminate him. Meanwhile, the judge also granted exemption to Satinder Dhawan from personal appearance before the court. In her application, submitted earlier, she had requested for exemption on grounds that besides attending functions as a councillor, she also had to perform her domestic duties.
