MUMBAI, SEPT 9: Sachin Tendulkar will decide by the weekend when to leave for Australia for getting medical advice for his problematic back.

8220;I am going to Australia, that8217;s for sure. I will decide when and where to go in Australia after talking to a couple of guys there,8221; Tendulkar said on return home from Singapore.

Tendulkar8217;s trip Down Under will see him skip the forthcoming series against the West Indies in Toronto. He will be accompanied to Australia by Dr Anant Joshi, a noted sports medicine expert from the city.

8220;I want to take extra precaution. I do not want any short-term solution to the back problem. I want to serve the country for a long time,8221; Tendulkar said.

He did not confirm that he intended to visit the Australian Institute of Sports in Canberra as suggested by Dr Joshi but said the final decision on where to go for medical advice is yet to be taken.
