Manu8217;s uncle held

NEW DELHI: Shyam Sunder Sharma, uncle of Manu Sharma, prime suspect in the Jessica Lal murder case, has been arrested for allegedly destroying crucial evidence and organising the escape of Manu8217;s accomplice Ravinder Kishen alias Titu to New York, police said on Friday.

However, a three-judge bench comprising Chief Justice A S Anand, Justices B N Kirpal and V N Khare reiterated that no vehicle without Euro-II emission norms would be registered in the NCR from April 1, 2000.
