NEW DELHI: A special court here would give its ruling on April 25 on whether charges could be framed against former Communications Minister Sukh Ram in a telecom scam case. Special Judge Ajit Bharihoke today reserved his order on framing of charges after conclusion of the arguments by CBI and the defencelawyers. Sukh Ram, who is a minister in the BJP-led coalition government in HP, was present in the court.

GUWAHATI: Assam police, armed with a court order, today shifted ULFA vice-chairman Pradip Gogoi, arrested on April 8, here from Calcutta. Gogoi, held in Calcutta, was immediately whisked away to the headquarters of the Fourth Assam Battallion here for interrogation.
