British Library lectures
The British Library plans to organise lectures by eminent personalities from academic, industrial and technical fields once in a quarter. The first such talk will be held on September 28 at 6 p.m. Thermax Ltd. chairperson Anu Aga will speak on Moving from status to stature8217; and Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development director M.S. Pillai will speak on From knowing to performing8217;.

Durga Puja
Bangiya Sanskriti Samsad will organise Durga Puja celebrations at Congress Bhavan, Shivajinagar, from September 27 to October 1. Daily, the puja will be held at 9 a.m. and aarti at 7 p.m. Cultural programmes will be organised every night.
