Police in the Austrian capital say an object resembling a pipe bomb has been found outside the South African Embassy. Vienna police spokesman Mario Hejl says embassy employees found the suspicious object along with two others near the buildings main entrance Monday morning and that experts are investigating whether it is an explosive device. Hejl said the embassy has not been evacuated. It was not immediately clear who was responsible.
