VADODARA, Dec 28: Vipul Patel8217;s Master Skate Club organised a six-hour non-stop skating competition for children from Dec 24 to 27th.

While a total 325 children between two and 14 years took part in the contest, 275 performed for a full six hours, including two-year-old Prashant Mehta. The event was sponsored by Bell Ceramics.

This event is held twice a year and followed by a kids8217; carnival. This is the first time that such an event was held in Vadodara, according to a statement.

The carnival includes programmes like stage shows, fancy dress competition, puppet, pottery, monkey, and magic shows, among others, besides a dance party on the carnival8217;s last day.

A total 75 children, including one-year-olds, participated in the fancy dress contest, which was followed by a fashion show presented by eight children, who were selected for Bell Ceramics advertisement campaign.

A food festival and Santa Claus giving away chocolates were the added attractions of the carnival.
