Murder case registered

KULLU, Dec 7: The Manali Police have registered a case under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code regarding the alleged murder of one Tara Chand, a youth from Benchi village whose body was recovered by the police at Simsa village on Rangri-Kanyal link road near Manali, a few days back.

According to the police sources, the case was registered on the opinion of the doctor who conducted the postmortem of the deceased. However, the parents of the deceased had not suspected any foul play behind the death of the deceased, the police said.
