
WR special for Ambaji festival
Western Railway will run a holiday special to clear extra rush on account of Ambaji festival on September 28. The train will leave Mumbai Central at 11.15 pm and halt at Borivali, Dahanu Road, Vapi, Valsad, Navsari, Bharuch, Vadodara, Anand, Nadiad, Ahmedabad, Mehsana, Unjha, Siddhapur, Palanpur before reaching Abu Road at 12.20 next noon. In the return direction, the train will leave Abu Road at 10.30 pm on September 29 and arrive at Mumbai Central at 12.05 pm. Outward and return journey bookings can be made on all passenger reservation centres in Mumbai from September 26, a WR press-note said.

Well-Known puppeteer Meena Naik will represent India at the International Workshop on the Rights of the Child organized by Worldview International in Colombo from September 28-30, 1998.
