Mistry cracks ton

MUMBAI, November 4: Arjun Mistry scored an unbeaten century for Solkar XI against Vishwanath XI on the second day of the Shatkar trophy cricket tournament at Shivaji Park Gymkhana today.

Solkar XI gained three points by virtue of a first innings lead after bowling Vishwanath XI out for 158 in 69.2 overs. Uday Karkera claimed five for 32.

In another game today, Borde XI were bowled out for 143 in 46.3 overs against Gavaskar XI at BMC ground. Omkar Khanvilkar four for 15 and Sameer Gawas two for 37 did most of the damage. Following on, Borde XI were 148 for five. Gavaskar XI got three points.
