CHENNAI, March 30: Two of the heirs to the Ramavaram property of former chief minister M G Ramachandran have sought the state government8217;s intervention to ensure that the will executor fulfilled the wishes of MGR.

quot;The will executor Rajendran has failed to execute the will in letter and spirit. He has not established a Home for the Deaf and Dumb as directed by MGR in his willquot;, alleged Vijayan, the husband of one of the heirs Sudha. Rajendran is Sudha8217;s brother-in-law.
