The Thane police have launched a manhunt for an engineer from Atlanta and his parents who tortured a Mumbai-based well educated girl 26. The recent modus operandi of foreign based Indian boys, has resulted in people from Kerala, Andhra and Karnataka from refusing to give their girls in marriage to boys settled in foreign countries.
