PATIALA, Dec 2: The Punjab College Librarians8217; Association has demanded early release of arrears of revised pay-scales of college librarians along with university/college teachers in the light of the state government8217;s notification that a decision on arrears for the period from January 1, 1996 to December 31, 1998 will be taken in the financial year 1999-2000.
