Lee to undergo surgery

Fast bowler Brett Lee will undergo a surgery on Tuesday to set right an injured ankle that forced him return home from Australia8217;s tour of Sri Lanka earlier this month.

8220;Obviously I have been bowling with some discomfort for a while now despite receiving plenty of treatment on the ankle. After consulting my surgeon and the Australian team support staff, I took the decision to have the ankle operated and try to resolve the problem once and for all,8221; Lee said. PTI
