Leafscapes opens

Talking about his works on display, Dr A.P. Singh remarked, 8220;These are pictures of kailee leaves which are very commonly found. Over a large span of time, I have tried to capture the marvels of the nature which occurs at varied times of the day like morning and evening.8221;

For Singh, photography began as a hobby, as a step to de-stress from the din and bustle of urban life. When armed with his camera, Singh says, 8220;I would head for the open wide vistas, far from the maddening crowd. All I had for company was my camera bag and my tripod.8221;

8220;What was most inspiring was the fragments of things, the interplay of light and shade, the emergence and its countours, the mosaic of flowing lines. All enticed me.8221; The exhibition is open till November 25.
