MUMBAI, Feb 20: Two late goals spurred SRPF (Pune) past Nagpur City in the 14th Maharashtra State Police Games hocey event at the Nagaum Police Headquarters today.

After MD Desai had drawn parity in the 61st minute, BK Kalgude struck home the winner two minutes time to give the Pune side a 2-1 win. Abdul Shahid’s 15th min strike for Nagpur went in vain.

SRPF now meet Nagpur Range in the semi-finals.

K Burken (Rly Range) continued her relentless medal march with a third gold medal today in the women’s 400 metres at the Priyadarshini Park. Burken has already won gold in the discus and 200m.
