J038;K sex scandal: IAS officer146;s plea transferred

A single Bench of the J038;K HC on Monday transferred the Criminal Revision Petition of IAS officer Iqbal Khanday 8212; who is in jail after he was arrested by CBI for his alleged involvement in the sex abuse scam 8212; to the Division Bench. A petition filed by another accused, DIG BSF K C Padhi, seeking the transfer of the sex abuse case to Jammu, has also been transferred to the Division Bench.
