Jailbreak case orders tomorrow

CHANDIGARH, Oct 14: Arguments on the issue of framing charges against the alleged co-conspirators in the jailbreak case concluded before UT Additional District and Sessions Judge S.S. Lamba today.

The defence counsel stated Satnam Singh and Baljit Singh could not be accused of cheating as the allegations against them were of making false entries in the visitor8217;s book. The counsel added that, according to the challan, except for Satnam, explosives had not been recovered from any other accused. The case will now come up on October 16 for orders.
