EAST LONDON, February 8: Border took just 20 overs today to score the 73 runs they needed to complete a historic first victory over a touring side but Pakistan manager Haroon Rasheed was more concerned by a spate of injuries.

Four of the touring team finished the match off the field with various problems. Haroon was hopeful all would be fit for Friday’s first test against South Africa but he said it would be a few days before they had a clear idea of the extent of the injuries.

Skipper Rashid Latif has a ricked neck, Waqar Younis (side strain), Saeed Anwar(shin & ankle problem) and Shoaib Akhtar (knee injury).
