HYDERABAD: Nitin Mongia of Mumbai8217;s Naval Sailing Club NSC and Arjun Pradeepak of Secunderabad Sailing Club SSC won the fourth and and fifth races respectively in the Laser Standard Rig event in the BPL International Open championship at Hussian Sagar Lake here today.

Mongia won the fourth race in one hour 10.41 minutes, upsetting defending champion Lt R Mahesh, who finished third behind Havaldar Ram Kumar of Corps Engineering Sailing ClubCESC, Pune.

GUWAHATI: Maharastra8217;s Sheikh Sanjib was named captain of the 21-member Indian squad for the 31st Asian Youth Football Championship under-19 to be held in Bangalore from August 17 to 25, according to All-India Football Federation AIFF.
