DIET: Although I love eating all kinds of food, I normally avoid sweets and fried food. I replace rice with dalia and completely avoid puris. I love chicken and seafood. On average, I eat five small meals a day such as brown bread sandwiches with lean turkey, grilled chicken or fish. I prefer fruits to juices. My body has adjusted to frugal eating, so I don’t crave food.

EXERCISE: I exercise for two hours daily, five days a week. I do 45 minutes of cardio and 45 minutes of weight training. I’m also learning kick-boxing, but my erratic schedule makes it tough for me to follow up on that.

PROBLEM AREAS: Like women all over the world, I tend to put on weight on the hips, lower abdomen and thighs if I don’t exercise. I make sure to adjust my diet when I am unable to exercise.

OFF TRACK: Was a body double used for the fight scenes in Girlfriend?

Hardly. My background in kick-boxing helped me do the scenes. I would rehearse a lot before the actual shot. It’s really tough kicking butt.
