When you were modelling, you had one of the best bods in the industry. Why has getting into films changed that?
My profession now is acting, not just looking cool on the ramp. Sometimes I have to stop training to suit a particular role. I had a six pack on the ramp, but I don8217;t anymore. But I8217;m not dying over it.
DIET: I START the day with water and lemon tea. After that, I have oatmeal porridge, fruits and mixed fruit juice for breakfast. I eat a light lunch of chapatis, sabzi, dal, curds and green vegetables. I snack on biscuits and milk, egg white or vegetable sandwiches. Since I eat dinner after my workout, it8217;s my heaviest meal. It usually consists of vegetables, dal, rajma, chapatis, curd and green veggies. I stay away from butter, cheese, aerated drinks, alcohol and I8217;ve stopped drinking coffee. I also try and avoid sweets, but I demolished a family pack of ice cream and several chocolates a couple of days ago.
EXERCISE: I DON8217;T do much cardio8212;my face is already gaunt and cardio makes it thinner. I train five times a week, working on two body parts a day, using light to medium weights. I also do lots of freehand exercises8212;120 pull-ups and 50 to 55 dips are a must. I8217;m also going to start kickboxing again after a two-year break.
PROBLEM AREAS: AT this point I8217;ve not been training too regularly, so my abs are giving me problems.
