At 24, you were one of the country8217;s most talked about players this Olympics. Does the pressure get to you?
I don8217;t think about the pressure8212;I love my sport, so I just go out and play.

DIET: Breakfast means loads of fruits and plenty of juice. I also eat an omelette or porridge. For lunch, I only eat vegetarian food8212;dal, some vegetables, rotis or rice. Dinner is pretty much the same, but I add a chicken or mutton dish. And I have to eat something sweet after my dinner. I don8217;t really follow a strict diet because I don8217;t gain weight that easily. But I do stay away from oily and junk food, even though I like it.

EXERCISE: I train with the hockey team daily. We have six-hour sessions every day8212;jogging and weights in the mornings, and skill training and hockey every evening. When a tournament is not close, we concentrate on endurance and strength training.

PROBLEM AREAS: I don8217;t have any problems as such. But hockey can get rough, and I8217;ve had a fair share of injuries.
