DIET: Water is the first thing I drink every morning. I like to eat a substantial breakfast. It usually consists of a glass of milk, an omelette, rotis and a glass of juice. I snack on fruits and drink glasses of juice between meals. Lunch is generally vegetable or chicken dishes, rice and rotis. I make it a point to eat dinner early8212;I always finish before 8 pm. It8217;s a light meal with fruits and salads. I love fruits and I munch on them all the time.

EXERCISE: I follow a regular exercise regime. I spend 45 minutes running in Joggers8217; Park every day. I follow that up with freehand exercises like pull-ups, parallel bars and push-ups. I also workout in a gym for about an hour, doing light weights. Light weights help make you flexible. I don8217;t miss out on my exercises. Even when I8217;m working, I try and take two hours out of my schedule. Sundays, however, I rest.

PROBLEM AREAS: I don8217;t have any problems as such. But I used to run on roads which I8217;ve stopped because I8217;ve learnt it8217;s detrimental to your knees. I have switched to a mud track after that.
