CHENNAI, July 3: The Urban Environment Health, Healthy Cities Programme HCP, under the aegis of the World Health Organisation WHO to promote healthy living by improving the living standards will be implemented in City. According to Greg Goldstein, WHO programme co-ordinator, the HCP aims at creating and improving the physical and social environment in the City.
