AS 32 constituencies go to polls tomorrow in Uttar Pradesh, the district administration of Gorakhpur has requested mobile phone operators like BSNL, Reliance and Hutch to jam their mobile services in the constituency for the day. Some of the highly sensitive constituencies are Rae Bareli, from where Congress president Sonia Gandhi is contesting; Balrampur where the contest is between two history-sheeters and Machhlishahar where Assembly Speaker Kesri Nath Tripathi is contesting.
