CHENNAI, Dec 9: Following tighening of vigil by enforcement agencies, smuggling of dry ganja in bulk quantities from Andhra Pradesh to Tamil Nadu has dropped. It might be noted that in April this year, about 200 kg was seized on the Dindugal Bypass Road.
