Four arrested on murder charges

On investigation, it came to light that Mukesh Kumar, deceased8217;s brother-in-law and three more persons were involved in the murder.

The police have arrested Devinder, Neeraj, Sunny and Mukesh on murder charges. The fifth accused Deepak Batra is lodged in the jail. 8220;Deepak was on parole at that time and is undergoing sentence of five years in connection with some other case,8221; said Toor.

Throwing light on the reason for muder, the SP said, 8220;Two relatives of Rishipal did not like the way he had illicit relations with a few women. Unhappy over this, they involved three of their friends and murdered him,8221; he added.
