
NEW DELHI, April 17: Amritinder Singh led the bunch of five Indians past the cut with a brilliant five under 67 for the second round in the 400,000 Volvo China Open here today. Besides Amritinder, now placed joint 13th with a total of six-under 138, Arjun Singh, Arjun Atwal, Vivek Bhandari and Indian Open winner Feroz Ali made the cut at the half-way mark in Shanghai according to a APGA release. Jyoti Randhawa 147 and Kanwar Sekhon 159 failed to make the cut.
Arjun Singh who carded a round of 70 to follow his 69 was joint 17th, while Arjun Atwal was joint 44 with a par 72. Bhandari and Ali, just made the cut after poor second rounds. Bhandari shot 73 while Ali had a 75.
