Tell us about your daily diet.
The first thing that I have in the morning is amla juice with some dry fruits. After that my breakfast is all about eggs, roti and some fruits. My lunch is pretty healthy with boiled chicken, any seasonal vegetable, dal and yoghurt. Dinner is also pretty much the same with some boiled chicken soup and chicken.
What is your exercise routine?
I try to make sure that I work out for an hour everyday. Apart from that, dancing keeps me fit. I have recently started to learn a new martial art form called Arnis which I do twice a week.
Is there anything you binge on?
Chocolates. I find it extremely difficult to lay off.
What8217;s your favourite cuisine?
Indian.
What would you do if you had to lose or put on weight in a hurry?
If I have to put on weight, then chocolates would become a staple diet. As far as losing weight is concerned, I guess dancing will take care of that.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
I do try to stick to it pretty often but if somebody is eating something extremely tempting, like a pizza, then I just give in to the temptation. So actually a lot of times.
What is your idea of health?
It8217;s all about exercise and dance for me. Both of them keep you physically and mentally fit.
