SHILLONG, January 21: The former Meghalaya Speaker and Mizoram governor P R Kyndiah today filed his nomination as a Congress candidate for Shillong parliamentary seat, official sources said. Elections will be held in the two parliamentary constituencies 8211; Shillong and Tura 8211; in Meghalaya on February 16.
