BANGALORE, Dec 20: Union Minister for Law, Justice and Company Affairs Thambi Durai said on Sunday that amendments to the Company Affairs Act would soon be introduced.

Addressing the members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Durai said he had held discussions with the Prime Minister to introduce the amendments to include the recommendations of industry experts during the current Parliament session itself.
