Jolly shuns publicity Scared after the Election Commission8217;s notice to the Bharatiya Janata Party chief ministerial candidate V K Malhotra on overcrowding the returning officer8217;s room, MLA Vijay Jolly, went in one car, which he stopped a long distance from the office and walked till the room waving to television cameras.
In a political stunt of sorts, he managed to rope in BJP leader L K Advani8217;s son, Jayant Advani, to be one of the persons proposing his nomination. Whether such muscle flexing is going to help Jolly remains to be seen.
