CHANDIGARH, July 22: The Punjab police today claimed a breakthrough in the two bomb blast cases at Pathankot with the arrest of Jammu-based Khalistan Zindabad Force (KZF) deputy chief Attarjit Singh.

In the two blasts which took place in buses on April 6 and June 6 last, 11 persons were killed and 23 injured.
