Sharjah trade seminarMUMBAI: The Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry has arranged a two-day seminar on April 21-22 at Taj Mahal Hotel, Mumbai, for promotion of bilateral trade and business. A presentation entitled ``Decide on Sharjah'' by a high level delegation comprising the chairman, Sharjah Chamber of Commerce, director generals of key industries like commerce and tourism, civil aviation, SAIF, Hamriyah Free Zone and the Sharjah Ports Authority. According to Ahmed Mohammed Al Midfa, chairman, Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the seminar aims to touch on the salient features of enormous opportunities offered in Sharjah, simultaneously highlighting various advantages available.UK trade expoMUMBAI: Information and brochures on more than 1000 products and services from over 200 UK exporting companies covering most sectors of UK industry, will be on display at the SUPERCATEX exhibition to be held at the Y B Chavan Centre, Mumbai, April 20-12 1998. The exhibition has beenorganised by Source of Supply, UK, with the co-operation of the British Deputy High Commission, Mumbai and the Bombay Chamber of Commerce & Industry as part of the on-going activities of the Indo-British partnership.According to a press statement, 85 exhibitors are seeking agency representation in India. Some of them are also looking for joint venture partners as well.
