
ONGC bags 6 sea blocks
MUMBAI: Foreign exchange reserves of the country increased by 164 million to 38,341 million in the week ended April 14, 2000, compared to the previous week. The growth in reserves was mainly on account of foreign currency assets going up by 160 million to 35,359 million during the week, according to the Reserve Bank of India. Special drawing rights SDRs during the last week went up by four million to eight million, it said adding, gold reserves of the country remained static at 2,974 million.

MUMBAI: Bank of India BOI has declared 10 per cent interim dividend for the financial year 1999-2000. BOI8217;s net profit increased marginally from Rs 160 crore to 176 crore in the nine month period ending December 1999, a bank release said here today.
