
BoI files case against DSQ
MUMBAI: Bank of India BoI has filed a case against DSQ Biotech Ltd for recovery of Rs 12.16 crore against the guarantor Dinesh Dalmia 8211; who is also the promoter-director of DSQ Software Limited 8211; and his wife Radha Dalmia. In a letter to the NSE, BoI has said that it has filed another case against Dalmia for recovery of Rs 11.78 crore before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Chennai.
Candouble to pay 20 pc dividend
MUMBAI: Canbank Mutual Fund has declared a 20 per cent tax-free dividend in Candouble Scheme. The scheme, launched in February 1990 as a balanced scheme and rolled over in February 95 last, declared 12.5 per cent income distribution for 1995-96. The scheme showed significant improvement in the past one year with its net asset value registering a growth of 42.90 per cent to Rs 21.12.
Peugeot to transfer stake to PAL
MUMBAI: Premier Automobiles has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange BSE that Automobiles Peugeot, Paris, France, proposes totransfer to the company 8,40,25,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each representing 31.96 per cent of the paid up capital held by AP in PAL-Peugeot Ltd PPL.
Prima Plastics declares 25 dividend
MUMBAI: Prima Plastics Ltd has annnounced a dividend of 25 per cent for the year ended March 1999.During the year, gross sales stood at Rs 53.23 crore Rs 44.17 crore, an increase of 21 per cent.It has earned a net profit of Rs 9.73 crore against Rs 9.46 crore.
