Allahabad based actor Tanveer plays a lead role in a film releasing this Friday

After a long hiatus, Allahabad based actor Tanveer Zaidi will be seen again on the silver screen this Friday. Hindi film Kahe Gaye Pardes Piya set to release on October 31 features Tanveer playing Inspector Ansh, one of the lead.

Sambhawna Seth who is in limelight because of her popular stint with Big Boss-2 is also playing an important role in the movie.

“I am playing a Good Samaritan cop, who accidentally kills an innocent person in an encounter. How he takes care of the family of the deceased is one of the interesting plots in the movie,” says Tanveer, whose last release in lead role was 26th January Good Morning India.

Claiming that films also targets NRI audience, Tanveer says true Indian culture and family traditions in Rajshree banner type style have been depicted in the movie. “Another USP of the movie is the language. Hindi that is typical of North India has been used,” adds Tanveer.

“Title sounds like that of a Bhojpuri flick, but this one is in Hindi that Amitabh Bachchan of Allahabad uses in his daily life,” says Tanveer, who also hails from Big B’s hometown and started off his career as a child artistes in theatre.

Apart from plays and films, Tanveer has also successfully tried his hands in modeling assignments. He is also a regular feature on idiot box with his TV serials like Jail Mein Hain Zindagi, Prerna, Jurm and Music Mania being aired on different channels. Recently, he was in news for his sensational music album Ammaneh.

“This role is different from all that I have portrayed in the past. It’s my biggest and the best,” he sounds like

Abhishek Bachchan while boasting about the best wishes that he got from none other than Big B. “Amitabhji has been humble enough to wish me luck on my blog,” he says. Film has been directed by Sabir while music has been given by Yaseen Darbar.
