CHANDIGARH, JULY 27: The Sector 29 shopkeepers pulled down their shutters for about three hours today, to protest the anti-encroachment drive of the Municipal Corporation.

The drive carried out by the Enforcement Wing of the MC, sought to remove the various articles displayed or kept by shopkeepers in the market corridors. The shopkeepers blocked traffic and later closed down their shops in protest.
