Blondes don’t have more fun: Survey

Blondes may have a reputation for having the most fun,but a survey suggests that they are more likely to have their romantic hopes crushed.

Blondes may have a reputation for having the most fun,but a fascinating survey suggests that they are more likely to have their romantic hopes crushed.

In a survey by an internet dating firm,it was found that blondes are a quarter more likely to have their dreams of true love shattered within hours of meeting a new man than a brunette or redhead.

This is because more blondes talk about ex-lovers,drink too much,or sleep with their date on the first night, says dating firm parship.co.uk.

The survey of 1,300 people was aimed to discover the reason why so many first dates ended in disaster.

“In films blondes are often assumed as being clueless.

How we’re treated by other people can influence how we behave.

This may explain why blondes are more likely to behave badly,” said Penny Conway, from the online dating firm.

Conway said although it’s unlikely a person will behave differently simply because of their hair colour, they may act out of character if they are being treated badly,or according to a stereotype.

An earlier study by a Hamburg sex researcher,Professor Dr Werner Habermehl, looked at the lives of hundreds of German women and compared them with their hair colour.

He found that the sex lives of women with red hair were clearly more active than those with other hair colour, with more partners and having sex more often than the average.
