The new season of Shark Tank India is here, and people are discussing how one of the new ‘sharks’, Zomato founder Deepinder Goyal, reminds them of the previous judge Ashneer Grover. A video is circulating where Goyal provides feedback to the team from WTF Fitness, criticising their lack of attention to detail while presenting their business idea. In the promo, Goyal highlighted mistakes in the pitch of WTF fitness, pointing out how they overlooked details and failed to show respect to their customers and partners. Goyal said, “Why does the phone number you have mentioned have nine digits instead of ten? Attention to detail man? In ‘India’s Most,’ why is the ‘M’ capital? You are putting grammar in the AI model?” He continued, “This is your showcase, you are coming on TV. You don’t love your brand enough? Show some love and respect to your customers. If there is a typo in a CV, in less than two seconds it is swiped left. Why did you get more than two seconds? It is because you are on national television.” Fans on the internet loved the latest episode and said that it was better than the first one. One of the users wrote, “A breath of fresh air in a dying show without Piyush & Ashneer.” Another said, “Ashneer has said he learnt business from Deepinder. Now, we can see for ourselves what effect he has had on Ashneer.” Ashneer was a popular judge in the first season of Shark Tank India. However, due to issues with his former company BharatPe, the fintech firm he co-founded, he did not continue as a judge in the later seasons. Other judges this season include, Anupam Mittal, Namita Thapar, Vineeta Singh, Aman Gupta and Riteish Agarwal among others.
