After going through a financial crisis after her divorce, Charu shifted to her hometown in Bikaner in April this year. In her earlier videos, the actor shared details about her struggles and also how she bought a new house in Bikaner.

Charu married Rajeev Sen in 2019 but their marriage hit a rough patch, and they eventually divorced. The couple has been through multiple public fights too during their separation. Charu Asopa and Rajeev Sen have a daughter Ziana, whom they continue to co-parent.
