The much-awaited Prithvi Theatre Festival is back with a plethora of activities — 13 new productions, 25 performances and a new feature—two circus acts by Rambo Circus. The 12-day festival kick-started on November 5 and will end with the grand Prithvi Carnival on November 16. There will also be two JAM sessions, including one Indian classical and Latin jazz. The groups participating this year Motley, Ekjute, IPTA, Yatri, Akavarious, Rangbaaz, True School of Music, Hoshruba Repertory, Allarakha Institute of Music, Symphony of India, Rambo Circus.
FRINGE@PRITHVI is a new initiative by the festival that provides an interative platform with the audience by theatre groups, to perform/experiment. The Stage Talk @PRITHVI will have India’s finest actors talk about their work, journey, aspirations and theatre at large with PragyaTiwari.
