Superstar Salman Khan and actor Bhumika Chawla, who famously featured in the 2003 romantic drama Tere Naam and have reunited for upcoming film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, on Monday opened up about their experiences of filming together. During the trailer launch of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, Bhumika shared how during the audio launch of Tere Naam, she had accidentally called Salman 'bhai'— what the superstar is fondly called—leaving many people stunned. "At the audio launch of Tere Naam I went on stage and said, 'I'm very happy to work with Salman bhai!' and people were just so shocked, that what exactly is happening! But today I won't call you Salman bhai," Bhumika said. Replying to which, Salman quipped, "Aisa kya badal gaya?!" The superstar then proceeded to narrate how "great" a relationship the duo shared in Tere Naam. In the film, Salman Khan played Radhe Mohan, an entitled rowdy man who falls in love with a meek college junior Nirjara, played by Bhumika Chawla. To win her over, Radhe uses all the tricks in the toxic masculinity book: stalking, threatening, intimidating, before she falls in love with him too. We would come on the set and say, 'Hi. How's it going? Good? Ate lunch? No sir. Pack up. Bye, take care.’ Then next morning again: ‘Hello sir, hello mam!' These were the only words we exchanged throughout that film! After that also, even here (in this film), it was the same. Consistent, nothing has changed! Maybe she was scared of the Tere Naam character. That, 'What if I say hi too much and he runs after me with long hair.' Filmon tak theek tha," Salman quipped Directed by Farhad Samji, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan is scheduled to release during Eid on April 21. The film also stars Pooja Hegde, Venkatesh Daggubati, Jagapathi Babu, Vijender Singh, Abhimanyu Singh, Raghav Juyal, Siddharth Nigam, Jassie Gill, Shehnaaz Gill, Palak Tiwari and Vinali Bhatnagar.
