GATE COAP 2023 registrations begins; check how to apply

GATE COAP 2023: IIT Kharagpur today started the registration process for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering Common Offer Acceptance Portal (GATE CoAP) 2023. Interested candidates can now register at the official website — coap.iitkgp.ac.in.

Registered candidates would need to key in their COAP registration ID and password to login and fill the application form.

GATE COAP 2023: How to register

Step 1: Visit the official website — coap.iitkgp.ac.in.

Step 2: On the home page, click on the ‘register/login’ link. You will be redirected to the login page.

Step 3: New candidates will have to register. Rest can login by keying in COAP registration ID and password.

Step 4: Click on the dashboard to view application details at all institutes and registered GATE paper(s) in COAP.

Step 5: Click ‘applicant details’ to add row for more GATE papers.

Step 6: Submit the final application form, and download for future reference.

Candidates should remember that the COAP registration is completely free and it is mandatory to provide COAP registration number  in any participating institute for their MTech programmes.

Eligibility

To be eligible for COAP 2023, candidates should have valid GATE scores (qualified in GATE 2023, 2022 or 2021).

According to the official schedule, the GATE 2023 seat allotment round 1 will be released on May 20, followed by second round on May 27, third on June 3, fourth round on June 10 and the last round on June 17. After that, additional rounds can be conducted on June 23 and June 28, and then on July 3, 8 and 14. However, the schedule for the additional rounds is tentative.
