The wedding of the brother of educator Faizal Khan popular as ‘Khan Sir’ recently turned heads, thanks to an unexpected musical performance that had guests buzzing. Khan Sir, hosted the lavish celebration, which saw several notable attendees, including former Bihar minister and Janshakti Janta Dal (JJD) chief Tej Pratap Yadav — the eldest son of Rashtriya Janata Dal founder Lalu Prasad Yadav. To everyone’s surprise, Tej Pratap took to the stage and showcased his musical side by playing the guitar.

A video of the performance has gone viral on Instagram, capturing Tej Pratap strumming the guitar with a cheerful smile. He kept it simple with a white kurta pyjama and a shawl, while the clip was set to music from Shah Rukh Khan’s iconic Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge.

The performance came shortly after Tej Pratap’s visit to the Patna Book Fair.

As the clip gained traction online, social media users flooded the comments section with mixed reactions. Some praised his apparent talent, while others viewed the performance with humour and scepticism.

One user joked in Hindi, saying, “One thing about Teju bhai felt right, never rely on just one thing; if politics fails, you can start earning as a singer or YouTuber”.

Another person commented that Tej Pratap’s seems to be far more talented than what he’s known for.

A third user wrote, “Teju bhaiya is talented, man”.

However, not everyone was convinced. Some viewers pointed out that the song might have been playing in the background and questioned whether he was actually playing the guitar.
