Recently, one couple did exactly that, thanks to the groom, whose devotion to cricket, M S Dhoni, and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) made its way right to the wedding altar.

Dhruv Majethia, a die-hard CSK fan with more than 65,000 Instagram followers, turned his wedding ceremony into an unforgettable cricket-themed moment when he presented his bride, Aashima Kakkar, with a tongue-in-cheek “marriage contract.”

The document, which instantly amused everyone present, featured one major condition: uninterrupted access to watch CSK and RCB matches for life.

As Kakkar read out the agreement, guests burst into laughter. The contract stated: “I, Dhruv Majethia, undersigned groom, do hereby declare that should Aashima permit uninterrupted attendance at all the future matches of MS Dhoni and CSK and RCB, I shall willingly, joyfully and without further negotiation, take seven pheras with her.”

Majethia later shared the moment on Instagram with the caption: “Contract before SEVEN pheras. She gets me for life, I get Thala and CSK matches for life. Fair deal, no?”

The clip quickly caught fire online. Fans flooded the comments celebrating Majethia’s dedication, calling him “superfan coded”. CSK also chimed in. “Bro knows his priorities! Superfan coded!” it said on its official Instagram account.

Kakkar, not one to let her husband have all the fun, dropped a perfect comeback of her own. “Well… I do have full contractual rights over YOU though!!!”

Her reply to Majethia’s Instagram post drew even more cheers from followers, loving the couple’s playful banter.

Comments continued pouring in. An individual wrote, “Everything is okay, but it’s a little tight, look at that.”

Another user commented, “Either This Or Nothing.”
