Australian paceman Brett Lee is all for the latest ICC initiative of installing undercover agents to monitor the phone calls of international cricketers to prevent match fixing,even if it means an invasion of privacy. He said this at the launch of Pune Academy of Cricket Education Programme on Friday.

Motorcyclist dies in mishap

A nineteen-year-old man died after his bike collided with another bike coming from opposite direction in front of Court Yard Hotel in Hinjewadi. Police arrested the other biker,Rahul Kakade (26) and have sent his blood samples for test,suspecting him to have consumed alcohol at the time of the accident. Both the riders were not wearing helmets. PSI Jagdale of Hinjewadi police station who is investigating the case said,”Deceased Ashish Waghmare was badly injured and succumbed to his injuries.” Kakade has been charged under Section 304 (A) of the IPC for death by negligence.
