Newborn found abandoned in nullah

Wadala TT police detained a couple for allegedly abandoning a newborn girl in a nullah Tuesday. Farooq Khan found the child and took her to Sion hospital but she was declared dead.

Woman hit by speeding bike dies

A 38-year-old help was killed in Andheri east after a speeding bike hit her Monday,police said. Anandi Ramane was walking on Sahar Road at 10.15 pm when Vineet Lanjwal (26) hit her and fled. She was taken to Cooper Hospital but was declared dead on arrival.

Man drowns at Marine Drive,another missing

One person died while another was reported missing in a drowning incident at Marine Drive Tuesday. Yakub Ishub Sheik (34) was rescued but was declared dead at GT Hospital. ens
